If a Return is necessary, A Return Goods Authorization (RGA, RA, RMA) from us or the Manufacturer is required to insure proper credit. Do not return Merchandise without proper authorization.
If merchandise is received damaged, it will be replaced. Damaged goods still may require a return. If a return is due to error, a call tag will be issued in most cases.
If a return is due to any other reason, a manufacturers restocking charge may apply, as well as return shipping costs. Returns must occur within 30 days.
